Citations may take up to 5 business days after being issued to appear online.
Follow the instructions on your citation if you plan to resolve your citation with a Driving Safety Course, Deferred Disposition, or Proof Dismissal before making payment here. Paying in full without being granted a dismissal option by the court constitutes a No Contest plea, waives your right to a jury trial, and may result in a conviction. Convictions may be reported to the Texas Department of Public Safety Driving Records or other Criminal Justice records.
Payments through this service must be made only by the defendant, who must enter their Plea before submitting payment. For outstanding Capias Pro Fine or Arrest Warrants paid outside normal hours, clearance will occur the next business day.
If paying for someone in custody, the court will respond the following business day. Staff answers calls on business days from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm at 972-292-5555 (press 0). A drop box is located near the parking lot at the court entrance.
Processing fees are non-refundable. Please carefully review your requests and double-check before paying.
